In-house Heat Treatment (HT) Chamber

At S.H. Packaging, we operate an in-house Heat Treatment (HT) chamber to ensure that all export wooden packaging meets international phytosanitary standards. Heat Treatment is a mandatory process for wooden packing material used in exports, where the wood is heated to a specified temperature for a fixed duration to eliminate pests, insects, and harmful microorganisms present in the wood. Our HT facility allows us to manufacture ISPM-15 compliant wooden boxes, crates, pallets, and collars, which are accepted by customs authorities in countries such as Germany, Europe, the USA, and other international markets. Having the HT chamber within our manufacturing unit gives us complete control over the treatment process, quality, and timelines, ensuring faster dispatch and consistent compliance. This in-house capability helps exporters avoid shipment delays, port rejections, and additional treatment costs while ensuring safe, durable, and regulation-compliant wooden packaging for global transportation.
